Butter Chicken

Ingredients
- 500g boneless chicken
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 2 tomatoes (pureed)
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves (optional)
Steps
- Marinate chicken in yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, chili powder, and salt for 1 hour.
- Grill or pan-fry the chicken until lightly browned.
- In a pan, melt butter and sauté onions until golden.
- Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates.
- Add grilled chicken, cream, and fenugreek leaves.
- Simmer for 10 minutes and serve hot with naan or rice.
