  1. Marinate chicken in yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, chili powder, and salt for 1 hour.
  2. Grill or pan-fry the chicken until lightly browned.
  3. In a pan, melt butter and sauté onions until golden.
  4. Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates.
  5. Add grilled chicken, cream, and fenugreek leaves.
  6. Simmer for 10 minutes and serve hot with naan or rice.
