Fish Curry

Ingredients
- 500g fish fillets
- 2 tbsp tamarind pulp
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 2 tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil for cooking
- Curry leaves
Steps
- Marinate fish with turmeric and salt for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil, sauté onions, ginger-garlic paste, and tomatoes.
- Add spices and tamarind pulp. Cook until sauce thickens.
- Add fish and simmer gently until cooked through.
- Garnish with curry leaves and serve with rice.
