  2. Boil tamarind juice with tomatoes, rasam powder, turmeric, and salt.
  3. Prepare tempering with mustard seeds, cumin, and curry leaves.
  4. Add tempering to rasam and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with rice.
