Pav Bhaji

Ingredients
- 2 potatoes (boiled)
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrot, peas, cauliflower)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tbsp pav bhaji masala
- Butter
- Salt to taste
- Lemon wedges
- Pav buns
Steps
- Boil and mash vegetables.
- Sauté onions, ginger-garlic paste, and tomatoes in butter.
- Add mashed vegetables, pav bhaji masala, and salt.
- Cook until well blended and thick.
- Toast pav buns with butter.
- Serve bhaji with buns, lemon wedges, and chopped onions.
