Methi Thepla

Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh methi (fenugreek) leaves
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- Water as needed
- Oil for cooking
Steps
- Mix flour, methi leaves, spices, yogurt, and salt.
- Add water to form a soft dough. Rest for 15 minutes.
- Roll into thin discs and cook on a hot griddle with oil.
- Serve with pickle or yogurt.
