Vegetable Samosa

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- Water (for dough)
- 2 potatoes (boiled and mashed)
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Oil for frying
Steps
- Mix flour, salt, and oil. Add water to form a stiff dough. Rest for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil, add cumin seeds, then peas and mashed potatoes.
- Add spices and cook for 5 minutes. Let filling cool.
- Roll dough into circles, cut in half, form cones, and fill with potato mix.
- Seal edges and deep-fry until golden brown.
- Serve with tamarind or mint chutney.
