Paneer Tikka

Ingredients
- 250g paneer (cubed)
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 1 bell pepper (sliced)
Steps
- Mix yogurt, spices, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt to create marinade.
- Add paneer cubes, onion, and bell pepper to marinade. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Skewer marinated ingredients and grill or bake until golden.
- Serve hot with mint chutney.
