Rava Idli

Ingredients
- 1 cup semolina (rava)
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp chana dal
- 1 tsp urad dal
- 1 green chili (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves
- Oil for tempering
Steps
- Roast semolina lightly and let it cool.
- Prepare tempering with mustard seeds, dals, green chili, and add to semolina.
- Mix in yogurt, salt, and baking soda. Let batter rest for 15 minutes.
- Pour into idli molds and steam for 10–12 minutes.
- Serve with coconut chutney and sambar.
