Dhokla

Ingredients
- 1 cup gram flour (besan)
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp green chili paste
- 1 tsp fruit salt (Eno)
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- Curry leaves
- Oil for tempering
Steps
- Mix besan, yogurt, ginger, chili paste, and salt to form batter.
- Add fruit salt just before steaming and mix gently.
- Pour into greased tray and steam for 15–20 minutes.
- Prepare tempering with mustard seeds, sesame seeds, and curry leaves.
- Pour tempering over dhokla and cut into squares.
- Serve with green chutney.
